DMOZ being the biggest webdirectory in net and also a site taken as reference by Google attracts a lot attention of webmasters but it's very hard to get in to DMOZ.

Is there anyone whose site is listed in DMOZ?

Please share your experience.

For myself.

One of my site(justtechnika.com) is listed in DMOZ.

The site is not so much qualitative but then also my site was listed in DMOZ after only one month I submitted the application but some other sites of mine are not listed even though I have submitted them almost one year back.

May be my site got listed because I choose the category where very few submissions were there.

Please share your experience too.

Ya many people want their site on Dmoz, but I never bothered to submit my site there. Ill see in the future though.

Me too, I don't bother submitting there. But, hey, maybe that's just a good site to place my ads after I get my domain (10 years from now).

Try to get in DMOZ!

I have experienced almost 2X visitors after i got in DMOZ!

Oh really? No kidding? Why? How?? I usually don't go visit such sites because sometimes it's unreliable. But, I believe you so I'll try.

Yeah! Really! After I get backlink from DMOZ i also got backlink foprm a lot of other high PR sites also because they show websites in DMOZ in their directory automatically.

And also Google your inclusion in DMOZ as an authentication for your site being qualitative.

So this gives you a lot of Google visitors.

Okay, let me try it later. I'm still doing my homework. Hehe.
