firstly no-one but Google has the latest ranking algorithm. this is a closely guarded secret (some say almost as secret as the Coca Cola recipe...!) and thus the best we can do is try to figure it out by trial and error.

as far as I know the latest panda algorithm changes included more weight-age to unique content than simply pages that have links on it. Google wishes to bring forth to the users more and more unique content rather than users simply roaming here and there in between hyperlinks. And I think this is valid too.
Just a suggestion to your site. Add some unique content on a few pages of your website. the rankings should improve in a 1-2 months itself.
