To make enable adsense you need one gmail account and then create one blog for any purpose like for business o for the professional purpose,and then go to the dashboard in that go to the setting and you will see the option for make adsense enable.

You should have original and unique content. Your website should have good no. of pages with maintaining the quality of the content. Try to get some traffic on your website and then submit for approval if it has been rejected previously.

Re: How can I approved my blog for Google AdSense ads? I think Adsense approval works faster if you have a Blogger.com blog but it does need to have some amount of content in it and a few readers. It must be just about 2-3 months old. But yes, you are right. blogger.com blog can help in getting your adsense account approved but it as soon as you sign up with blogger and apply with a blog which has no content at all, you might get your Adsense account approved.

To put adsense features in your blog first you have to make sure that your blog got continues traffic and visitors are really reading your postings so, time bound rates should be high. It will take 3 month and if your blogs run good than you can apply for adsense in blogger.com.
